Homecraftedsite retains the right to refuse to build for anyone at any time for any reason. Websites by Homecraftedsite.com will only deal with family friendly issues. No adult sites. We cannot guarantee a website made by us can or will create an increase in business for you.
If payment for hosting is not maintained we are not liable for loss of your site. If registration fees for your domain name are not maintained we are not liable for its loss or downtime for your website. If payment is not made for services rendered by us (a site built for you by us, HomecraftedSite.com or Sitewryte) we may and probably will delete the site or place it temporarily into "holding". We do not spam and if you are spammed through the e-mail address or any other contact info you instructed be included on your site we wish to make clear that we do not spam and will not be held responsible. Be aware of copyrights and the use of images for your design. Images you supply to use on your site should either be yours to use, purchased, created by you or written permission given by owner.
