Q: I'm interested in having a site made. What do I do?
A: Look around here. Look around the web. Get an idea of what style and info you want to publish.

Q: How do I get text to you and direct the look and progress of my new website?
A: Provide all text and direction by email. An extra fee may be charged if sent in hard copy form/snail mail or phone message.
Q: How can I see the progress, sample or test pages of my site as you build it?
A: You will be emailed progress reports and page views or will be directed to an online test page where you can view your site. To view most current changes/edits be sure to "refresh" your browser.
Q: I don't want to be bothered with securing a domain name, signing up for hosting or any of that stuff. Would you do it all for me?
A: Yes, this can be done. If we build and maintain your site the hosting with us is free. If we register your domain name for you this will cost 12.00 per year. Be aware that the name you want may already be taken so it would be good to have a list of alternate choices.
Q: How do I pay and do you take payments?

Q: How long before search engines will list my site.
A: It usually takes between a couple of weeks to about 2 months.
Q: I don't have a digital camera. How can I send you a picture I want be used on my site?
A: You can either scan a photo or artwork and email it or send to me by snail mail.

Q: I want a logo, but don't have one. Can you create one for me?
A: yes, for a fee. The cost depending upon whether the image is text only or if it includes artwork, photography, or a design that I need to either create or purchase for you.
Q: How long does it take to make a website and have it published to the web?
A: This depends of if it is a simple site of 1 to 3 pages or a more complex multipage biz site. Anywhere from 3 days to several weeks or more.
Also factors such as communication and getting information needed in a timely manner relate to how long it takes.
Q: Where can I find good hosting for my website?

Most free hosting comes with annoying second party banner ads and popups and is not recommended, but for a small monthly fee you'll get a professional look and services.
Q: I don't want to maintain updates and do my own edits. Can I hire you to make changes as needed?
A: Yes. Just contact us, let us know what you need. Small minor, infrequent edits are free. Anything else will cost and the cost will vary as to compexity and time used to accomplish your requested changes.
